Numerous times, I have sat down with Steve Shell and said (half joking - half serious), “You know that no one gives a shit about our band right? We are just doing this for our own enjoyment.”
Well, turns out I was wrong. Just Die! managed to raise $1500 in under a month on Kickstarter, thanks to 30ish people who do in fact care about the band. I mean, we are offering some sweet stuff, but my mind is blown.
To anyone that has ever listened to any recording I’ve ever had a part on, anyone who has ever came to a show, anyone who has ever helped out by booking a show or buying a record or a shirt, and my roommates who constantly listen to me talk about my music
