She broke my heart twice. We met in college but we didn’t start dating until I failed school and moved back to my home town. We dated three months and she broke up with me the week I wrecked my car and broke edge. Three months later, the day after Valentines Day we got back together. In three more months we broke up again. After that we remained friends and we visited each other a bunch of times. There was a possibility of us getting together a third time but I wasn’t going to be able to handle it again. She had some issues that caused her to think that she will never be able to stay in a relationship. She hasn’t dated anyone after me and it’s been almost two years now. I still care about her, but I’m not able to talk to her or else I’ll fall for her again. I’m sure she thinks I hate her, but I don’t. I just want her to be happy.
